Delmer Reese

Delmer Reese is the current galactic Wolf's Tooth champion. Predictably, detractors sometimes protest that his possession of second sight gives him an unfair advantage, but these are typically the same people who wait in line for days at the Division of Fusion Vehicles instead of slipping the agent a few ceds and moving on to a noontime flid with the photo girl.

Reese was originally an inhabitant of Linar, but now resides in a palatial estate on Proxtel.
