Harmony Day

Harmony Day is the largest festival among the Cess species on Pilarvane. The Cess celebrate by drinking, dancing, and killing off anyone who doesn't appear to be doing the same. Thus, we recommend either avoiding Pilarvane at this time, or building an appropriate delay into your route. The latter can be difficult, since Harmony Day occasionally lasts three or more weeks depending on the whim of the Cess leader. This has in the past led to assassinations of previous leaders when the business community of Cess has deemed that the festivities have gone on long enough.
