Urthampic Monk

The Order of Urthampus is not, in fact, a religious sect. They largely use their designation as a tax shelter for their gambling winnings. They were widely regarded as the luckiest beings in the known universe until a few of them drank too many Ochre Wilkins and spilled the beans on their second sight. They've since been banned from all 'reputable' establishments of chance, and have instead started a side business selling their secrets on late night subatomic transmissions.
