15: The HINT system predicts you will all shout "1, 2, 3, Shoot!" at the same time.
25: You're about to begin playing roshambo; you will later begin to climb the trees.
35: HINT is reasonably sure that you're about to use the password BELIEVE, and that when you do, your contact will identify two pictures for you. You have also realized that each pair of images provides a direction to take in the tree.
The first step to solving this is to realize that each of these pictures can be associated with rock, paper, or scissors/shears:

With all of the pictures identified, you're ready to climb the trees. Note that there are 26 tines at the top of each tree (indeed, one of them was removed to get that number). That's a pretty strong clue. At each level there is a matchup with three possible outcomes: left wins, tie, and right wins. If the left wins, follow the tree to the left; if it's a tie, follow the middle path; if the right wins, go to the right. Climb each tree in this manner until you get to the top. On each tree, you will have selected one of the 26 tines, which gives you a total of four letters: CHER
